Attention Visitors & Family Members
Carolinas Hospital System is joining with other hospitals across the country to protect the health of our patients, their family members and visitors.
At this time, we are unable to allow children under the age of 12 years old to visit. This is due to potential serious complications of the H1N1 flu to infants and small children. We appreciate your help in making our environment healthier for our patients.
Carolinas Hospital System Announces
VIP Express
Carolinas Hospital System is proud to announce an exciting new program called VIP Express. VIP Express is a patient friendly process designed to make registration at Carolinas as quick and easy as possible. Upon receiving an order for services, a patient or a physician’s office can call our special VIP Express hotline at 674-4542 and speak with one of our VIP specialists. Our specialist will strive to complete the entire registration process over the phone so that upon arrival at the hospital for services, the patient can experience an "express" trip through the registration area and into patient care areas.
